Mendadent Repair Centre, Car Body Repairs, Restoration, and Mobile Repairs - Leigh

Someone hit my car and ran away couple of months ago so after some research (including in my area, Edinburgh) I decided to go with Mendadent and have a scuff on my front bumper repaired.
Had a big headache when other body shops didn't

want to work on my paintwork or charged earth for the job.
Having very high expectations myself, I was left stunned by their job and customer service level.
First of all, one of their team members dropped me and my girlfriend off at the local bus station, completely free of charge.
I was also given recommendations on hotels, restaurants and other points of interest in Manchester.
I was delighted to see my car on the next day.
Couldn't even say it was repaired and I was looking from different angles and with different lightning.
Paintwork structure is spot on too.
The owner himself is a perfectionist. He pointed out literally 2 microscopic dust particles on my bumper and wetsanded them + machine polished in front of me :D
They also removed any stone chips near the repaired area, free of charge. I was over the moon.
It's a really decent body shop located in Leigh (Greater Manchester). I highly recommend them, especially for those who expect the highest possible standards. They really go above and beyond :)

Awful awful place. My dad booked his Jag in to get the full drivers door done, dents removed and scuffs, had to take the car back after the first time as they’d made it worse! Didn’t even remove the wing mirror to do the full door and left rough patches and paint drips. We went to complain but haven’t heard off the owner of the business as it was a Saturday morning and he didn’t answer his phone when my dad went back in to complain. A worker in the garage agreed the job was bad and offered to redo the work the following week. Second time around the job was ‘better’ but the finish certainly isn’t to a professional standard. The edge of the door is rough as they haven’t capped the edge off when they’ve painted the door, so that will need redoing somewhere that can actually do the job properly as we refuse to go back here again. They had left wax marks everywhere, including inside the car. Only go here if you have accident damage that requires a full panel replacement, seems that’s where they get all their good reviews. Then again they didn’t even put all the screws back in my dads door and left one rolling around in the door pocket after the second ‘attempt’ at sorting their mess.

Great quality of work and exceptional customer service. They came to my house and took the car to their garage to fix my damaged bumper which was repaired in less than a day. The cost of repairs are a lot cheaper than many places. All of the staff there are professional and friendly.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get my car back to its original condition. The end result was truly outstanding – my car looks brand new again. What really stood out to me, was the level of care and attention to detail that the team put into their work. It was clear that they were committed to making sure that every aspect of the repair was perfect, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the final result. Not to mention, they have saved me an absolute fortune in unnecessary repair work. Overall, I would highly recommend Mendadent to anyone in need of any car body repairs. Waste of time, I was asked to drive into the shop for pictures of the damage and I would receive a quote within the next 2 days. I've not had a call back and they won't answer the phone. Edit- I wasn't going to edit and add to this but since I've had a response, I received a very threatening call from Mendadent Repair Centre; "who do you think you are". I was totally surprised to receive this in response to my review. STAY AWAY FROM THESE.

I booked my Discovery 5 in for damage and painting on Friday 28th April. The work was carried out on Bank Holiday Monday 1st May. A great job was achieved by Jamie. Couldn't have been more helpful or courteous. Well done Jamie.
