From the first phone call with an enquiry, to the day of collection, this dealership made the whole process of buying a Mercedes a most pleasurable experience for us. Ian and Phil were fantastic ambassadors for the company and very, very knowledgeable, also, their communication was exceptional. Definitely a place where we feel comfortable doing business and will come back again (and maybe again)

The most unprofessional dealer that does not deserve to represent the Mercedes brand. Unfortunately, I had to escalate to the Mercedes HQ as the service received on my car has been simply atrocious. Went there twice to fix 2 issues and every time they either forgot to fit something and I had to come back or they did not fix it at all, making me come back again and paying for diagnostics all over new. The reps. that call you to make an appointment seem to be clueless students. Literally had a little girl calling me "to make an appointment, because they forgot to fit something during the last visit." upon my request to clarify what exactly it was the response was: "I don't know, I was just tasked with making an appointment." Also they never call you back like promised and you have to call yourself 4-5 times to get something done - extremely frustrating. Mercedes themselves have been amazing and very helpful. The slogan in this dealer's waiting room says: "You come first. Always." but they do not treat you that way whatsoever.

Purchasing a car has never been easier - this is my third vehicle through Mercedes Benz at Whitefield and the service from start to finish has been great. Ian has helped me find the right vehicle every time and I cannot fault him! Would recommend to anyone.

This is my 5th Mercedes in the last 16 years from Mercedes Whitefield. I must say the experience of buying this particular car was the best ever. Mr Jason Skilling was instrumental in providing all the choices. Very helpful in recommending the most suitable for my needs and taking me through the whole process until the end. I also felt the new balance idea of unravelling the car during collection is brilliant. The young man who took me through this process was very helpful. I highly recommend Mercedes Whitefield to anyone

I’m not one for leaving reviews but the care and little touches from Dave Egan and Jake this week have been second to none. I am in the market for an electric car, total newbie with no knowledge. Dave offered me a test drive, 2 days later I was on the road. On the day of collection, Jake talked me through absolutely everything from the difference in power to a fuel car down to what every button/gauge meant. They also followed up with a call to make sure I got home ok and if I had any questions. Absolutely loved the car and got a real feel for it as I had it for the weekend. When returning, absolutely no pressure from the guys to push for a sale they were just happy that I enjoyed it and you could tell they were really passionate about everything they do and treated me as a person and not just a sale to hit bonus. Can’t recommend them and the service they provided enough. Amazing customer journey from start to finish.
