Merco - Commercial Cleaning in Manchester

Finding a high quality and reputable commercial cleaning service is hard to do – we have, however, recently appointed Merco. We were impressed at how personable they were, and how quickly they made themselves available to provide an estimate. We were accepted onto their schedule in just a matter of days – their customer service is exceptional. We started using Merco at our Skyline One development in Manchester and they have completely transformed the site. The residents have all noticed a huge difference in the way the communal areas are maintained – it always feels fresh and inviting. One of the big advantages of using Merco is the fact that we are always guaranteed 100% reliability so we know our residents won’t be let down. It’s a load off our head. Highly recommend. We recently started using Merco and couldn’t be happier with the commercial cleaning service we have received so far. Cleaners are trustworthy, professional and very thorough, leaving the space noticeably fresher. The whole team are incredibly friendly. efficient and flexible to our needs providing an excellent all round service.

Our office have used Merco since we opened over 2 years ago. They are professions, always turn up and the staff do an excellent job of cleaning our office. We have also had the same member of staff from Merco which is helpful as we know who we are going to get each time. The back office staff are also wonderful, they respond to queries very quickly and efficiently. Throughout Covid they have been so flexible when we have had to deep clean the office, through to increasing/decreasing cleaning. A&M couldn't be happier with the service received from Merco and we look forward to continuing our relationship over the upcoming years. Thank you for supporting us and keeping our office spotless!

This is the best company I have worked for. It has a real family feel to it. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and management always try to give little gifts of appreciation as well as birthday and Xmas presents to around 100 staff. In a very challenging and competitive industry merco always give 100%. Proud to be part of the team.

Good company to work for. Managers are nice, friendly and always willing to help. The working hours can be kind of flexible because they will always try to find you a work in the time which you prefer - morning, afternoon or evening.
