Absalutly embarrassing to call him self builder Do not trust merit building services!!! This so called builder keith should be locked up for starting building work and leaving the job unfinished , taking the full sum of money and promising to finish the contract. Where do we start about his work, from start to finish this was a nightmare. He calls him self a roofer who is firestone epdm trained. He hasn't got a clue. He used sheets of plywood which had been used for mixing cement and walked around outdoor by builders and left in the rain for months. This sheets of plywood were used in my roof to stick epdm rubber liner. The build had multiple leaks inside the building, which ruined everything all the internal work ie: walls and floor. The roof had to be fully striped back and repaired with a cost of £11.000. The guy calls him self a builder with no knoledge what so ever, don't be fooled by his quick response, and resolve price it's all lies. As the other reviews show I would avoid using merit building services at all cost!!
