After working as a paralegal for a year in a renowned property firm in London, Sonam then went on to commence her training contract and spend six months training in Family Law, specialising in Domestic Abuse and Child Care Proceedings. She undertook seats in Property Law, Private Client and Court of Protection. During her Family Law seat Sonam was able to be involved in some renowned High Court cases.  Sonam then qualified in 2019 and spent a further 12 months in Private Client. Rhiannon has worked across Hampshire and West Sussex during her career. Qualifying in 2006, Rhiannon’s time is dedicated to private client work encompassing a wide variety of matters. Rhiannon’s day-to-day work includes estate administration, trust administration, will drafting and associated tax planning, drafting Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection, as well as assisting with the financial affairs of someone under a registered Lasting Power of Attorney or Deputyship Order. Tim is a Solicitor who graduated from the University of Leicester with a degree in Politics and subsequently completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol. He trained as a Solicitor at one of our sister companies and qualified in 2020. Leaving this reference based solely on the behaviour of one staff member alone, Farooq Majid. This man is aggressive and abusive towards women and enjoys it too. Absolutely unacceptable. Levels of rudeness more shocking than I have seen in nearly 20 years working in customer service myself. No one has ever spoken to me in the way that Farooq did except my violent ex partner. What does that say about the company?
