I've given this place so many chances. Mangers listen to your customers when your chicken burgers are cooked fresh they are the best. Stop sending your to long heated chicken out I'm happy to wait longer for fresh and not cardboard chicken ???? Simple surly

Disgusting food wasn’t even edible waited over an hour for food I wouldn’t feed my dogs! Dough was raw all the way through like slime! The donner meat was rock solid couldn’t even bend it, reported my food to the place and they said when I order again I will get a free meal like I would ever put money in there robbing pockets don’t order food from here unless you want to be poorly, broken tooth, or disappointed !!!

Very poor, I ordered a chicken burger that was dry and chewy. 5 wings that came were all drumsticks and seemed like they had been sat out for hours. I rang to ask where my order was they said it was on its way 25 minutes it came despite living 5 minutes away

I rang to put an order in and get told I am not allowed to order due to a previous order I had delivered and had to ring back up and ask them to collect it due to the chicken being cold and not the right order.. I usually use this place a lot but now I will be telling everyone I know never to use this place for food… absolute vile customer service. All because I wasn’t willing to eat cold chicken when waiting an hour for the food in the first place

Use to love this place me and my family would order more or less everyday spending atleast £300 a month probably even more . The food has recently gone downhill as well as someone posting a raw chicken burger on Facebook which is what I would normally eat , this has put me off for life 🤢such a shame really as I loved this place and the staff was always very friendly
