After originally signing up with an online estate agent (due to being cheap), we decided to switch to Miller Metcalfe after being recommended by neighbours. The house we were purchasing was also with Miller Metcalfe and we had already received great customer service as a buyer. We weren’t disappointed. Karl’s expert knowledge of the area and a genuine list of interested buyers meant we sold quickly which (with a turn in the market) we would certainly not have managed with an online agent. Chloe supported the sale and purchase incredibly well and kept the whole chains solicitors with a tight deadline, overcoming a few unexpected hiccups. Money well spent!

Fantastic service from start to finish. We managed to agree a discounted fee during a sale but even without this the % fees were significantly lower than competitors. This absolutely did *not* result in poor service as the agents were on the ball from day 1 until completion (which actually took a lot longer than expected!) Pros: - low fee compared to competitors - lovely employees from valuers, viewings to completion - good marketing - flyer looked great and we had plenty of viewings - Chloe!! amazing work from Chloe who chased the right people when necessary and was constantly on the ball - despite a more difficult than expected sale! Cons: - the only "con" is that our house was valued quite significantly less than we received (I also chose to list it higher than the valuation but we got offers even higher!!) - it was a new build so I know they are difficult to value but just something to be aware of :) even the experts can be slightly off the mark! Overall, highly highly recommended Miller Metcalfe who reduced the stress levels during a very stressful process! If you're selling in the area, definitely consider using Miller Metcalfe.

Miller Metcalfe, Karl and the team were very helpful. Buying a house is stressful enough, having attentive people when all you have in your head are questions and worries definitely makes it easier. Would recommend. First time buyers and the process only took 3 months (maybe even a couple of days less) which seems to be pretty fast compared to what we heard from other buyers. Pleased with it all :)

I cannot recommend these estate agents enough, we have had a great experience with them in buying and selling our first home. Chloe and Zoe made the whole experience of selling our first home so much easier to manage constantly keeping us, our buyers and our future development updated and being extra helpful and lovely each step of the way. Amazing experience with MM from start to end. Very responsive and helpful. Helped me to get the house I really wanted. Received a nice welcome box, which was a really nice gesture. Cant recommend them enough. It was great working with Chloe.
