Absolutely appalling customer service! I have never been to place where the owner/worker is bad mouthing the customers right in front of them. They can’t even be bothered to show you the sarees and have a serious problem if you want to browse before you buy. They are so rude and have no customer service skills. These people call themselves Muslims yet forget the etiquette of treating people! Absolutely disgusting. So rude!!!! The response from the owner is hilarious…. Anything to distract from the fact that they can’t talk to people properly. And how did I get banned when I was in your shop today? Funny the lies people make ey?

I was recommended by a friend to go there. I was looking for. Saree to wear to a wedding, I did not find the colour I was looking for but they ordered it in for me within 4 weeks. Very pleased with the saree and service. I must say their collection is very good. Prices are fixed which is unlike Asian shops but I found the price to be reasonable so no complaints.

Fantastic costumer service, the designs are so unique can't get any where else and so many options to chose from. This helped a lot as we came from far. In total 6 sharers we bought and was delivered on time and sorted. Will be definitely visiting again. Highly recommended.
