sue “Pooley” poole1 StarShocking experience, went for highlights and cut, the cap was pulled down over my eyes, I told the girl it was extremely uncomfortable, she said it wouldn't be long, after pulling the hair through she combed the hair, added the bleach which went through onto my eyelids and bleached my eyebrows, after more complaints from myself the girl eventually pulled the cap up, she then began adding extra bleach around the edges a number of times, it was very busy the salon that day but people should be looked after better than that, the lady sat next to me also complained about her cap being over her eyes, I hope the lady that owns the salon gets some staff that know what they are doing.Tuesday 12th April 2022
