To all the people leaving reviews that they’re not open same as the hours listed: If you notice they’re shut at 6pm everyday.. then suggest an edit to google maps so that it’s accurate instead of leaving a negative review that will hurt their business which pays their bills. Would suck if someone came for you and your livelihood because you’re not working overtime during a pandemic. If you know from experience they’re not open late then why do you keep going back expecting them to be open? Lol. If you love Tesco so much & they love you so much.. then go there! They’re probably more equipped to deal with your crumby attitudes.

Never open until 10pm. I called 2 weeks ago at 5.50pm on a Saturday and they were shut. I went again last night at 7.55pm and once again they were shut. It's not a patch on when it was McColls. The young lad who works there and is leaving soon to join the army is the best member of staff there. The rest struggle to look at you when serving you, let alone say please or thank you! An overhaul of staff working there is long over due. Whilst it's a shame from a business point of view you're losing money hand over fist, it's not acceptable to have a 'local convenience' shop that's not open when needed. Tesco Express in Monton are currently enjoying your custom.

They always shut the post office when they get busy and say it's closed due to technical problems. Very frustrating when you arrive with a load of parcels and it's happened about 4 times in the last 6 weeks

Always closed, it's 9pm right now, advertised as opening until 10pm but it's closed! I walk around during the day, closed for a delivery.. waste of time, never know when the place is open so I'll just drive to co-op instead, they are open the times they say they are and don't close when they get a delivery. Wow. What a terrible experience I have their every time with Lynn. The other workers are great, but that Lynn wow. She shouldn't be in retail.
