Saw a car online well priced and with the right spec, right mileage and in excellent condition. Contacted on Sunday night expecting to leave a message to be delighted by being able to speak to a polite representative from Moss Hall. From initial contact to completion of the purchase the following morning with delivery within 24 hours from Moss Hall to Birmingham. Absolutely over the moon with our new car, even better than expected with full service history and full MOT. Completely took the headache out of buying a used car. Communication was excellent, polite, professional and a genuine dealer. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks to Moss Hall for providing a terrific service. Looking forward to many years of happy driving in our new car!

Disgraceful experience, poor customer service right from the start, didn’t purchase the car I wanted as my money didn’t appear good enough. Need to learn how to speak and communicate to people, nothing but con artists! Avoid at all costs.

I was looking on Autotrader for a Audi TTS and saw one for sale at Moss Hall car's that looked just like the car I was after it was the right colour and spec I wanted so I called them to go and have a look at it and I have to say that the set up that they have must be one of the best in the country you drive down a country lane just off the main road and then you arrive at the premises where they have a very good selection of high quality cars all in lovely surroundings were you can take your time and have a good look around the car I went to see was just like it was described I met Brodie and they was no high pressure selling that you can get from some places it all went effortless and was one of my best experiences I have had when buying a car it was all done from putting a deposit on the car on a Thursday afternoon to picking it on a Friday and that was with putting a new MOT on it I would highly recommend Moss Hall car's with special thanks to Brodie and the rest of the team and would definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Just recently bought a very nice Mercedes from Moss Hall, the car is in superb condition and exactly as advertised. The level of service was exemplary, friendly and totally professional, I cannot recommend them highly enough. A very big thank you to Brody and the team.
