Such a beautiful place to get flowers from! Was able to get a bouquet of a dozen roses for my partner exactly as advertised. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating in terms of collection times as I was running late. Won't be the last time I use them. Thanks again guys!

Very annoyed to say the least. Popped in today to get a plant for the house and the woman charged me £19.99 for this orchid. Now I’m not a flower expert so I assumed this was standard for an orchid. Until I got to M&S later that day and seen a much nicer, larger orchid for £8!!!! I feel completely ripped off. This is why people don’t shop local. I come in here often and probably won’t be coming back now. I’m hoping someone gets in touch with me to tell me it’s been a mistake and she meant £9.99. If so , I’ll change my review. If not, I’m disgusted and thinking about going back for a full refund. This is Levenshulme not Wilmslow. How can a local flower shop charge so much more for such poor quality in comparison to M&S, which is meant to be an expensive shop?

I can't believe it - I ring this florist shop at 3pm, knowing full well that I'm onto this FAR too late to ask for a bouquet to be delivered to a friend on her seventieth birthday - which I've only just realised is TODAY! Big Groan. The lady tells me I've just missed her delivery person, who left five minutes ago. By now I'm already amazed that she had even thought of trying to fulfil my order today. Then she asks the address, and says she'll ask the deliveryman to come back, and do another delivery. So my friend can have her gift on her special day! I'm delighted. How kind is that!
