I can't comment on the other negative reviews however I have had a postive experience. I found Ali polite and attentive. The car I have bought is of good quality (verified independently by a local garage I use), Ali ensured the faulty idrive unit was replaced before sale and has agreed to pay for an exhaust repair under the 28 day warranty.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS PLACE. Unless you want your money down the drain. The owner is clueless of customer service skills. Very rude and arrogant. He will take to you like your scum and treat you like a second class citizen. That’s after he can string a sentence of English together. The car we had bought broke down just after 4 weeks and was beyond “economical repair” and we were unable to get our money back because of the 30 day legislation. When we contacted the garage the person on the phone did not even want to listen to us. Just don’t buy.

Only sell Bently

Within 3 minutes of arriving. He told my girlfriend that he only sells “Bentley” or that’s what he was trying to say. Did not buy got a strange feeling he was trying it on with my other half. Not what I expected with parting with the best of 3k. Be carful don’t take any females with you. He will defiantly try it.

Not what I expected. Did not buy Becuase car stunk of wet dog & warning lamps did not show up on the turn of ignition. Spoken to my Macanic told me to walk away.
