I’ve tried ordering but whenever I called they had no idea about gluten allergies and wouldn’t tell me things off the menu that’s safe to eat. Definitely does NOT cater to all.

Honestly, not happy at all with our Mr Lin! First off, my large portion of chips came drenched in pepper, NOT TO BEGIN. NO SALT!. Someones ear in my chicken curry, and youll never guess. Someones manky pubes in my coca cola drink. Not impressed.

Ordered via Just Eat App said “45 minutes” prior to ordering Updated to say 90 minutes after ordering. Then no further updates 10 minutes after the estimated delivery time. I rang up and was told it was “on its way”. We then cooked our own chips, because we were aware the restaurant does frozen chips rather than fresh chips. 20 minutes later, still no food. And the app stated it had been delivered. Called again and got nowhere. All I could hear was a crying child in the background. Told the food would be another 20 minutes. On the phone for 10 minutes (difficult conversation because the person I was speaking to didn’t speak the best English), asked whether the food was on its way but it was still in the kitchen being cooked. 30 minutes later, the chips we cooked ourselves are eaten to tide us over and Boxing Day evening is ruined. Will not be ordering again. What a debacle.

Paid 27£ for food. Still charged 50p service charge. And a pound for delivery. I was 1/4 of a mile away. No prawn crackers for free as you get with other takeaways with orders over 15£. Food wasnt good.
