Poor experience - no comms even though running 6 weeks later than scheduled - didn't bother getting back to me and now we have a leaky roof lantern over Winter. Has since sent threatening message regarding telling all other roofers in the area not to take our custom and generally a very childish 'company'. Amazing they responded to a review within an hour though, despite ignoring messages and calls for several weeks.
