Really helpful team, very approachable, both friendly & very professional, they were more than happy to go the extra mile. Real pride had gone into the checking over & preparation of the vehicle. No pressure & no nonsense. Car was priced to sell without compromising service level. Far better service than I have experience from main dealers. I will happily make the 300mile round trip again if it enables me to buy another car from MSP in the future. I strongly recommend.

Although not based in fancy premisses , these guys a professional all the way, great communication, great knowledgeable hand selected cars, they went out of their way to pick me up and even taxed the car for me at the post office when the DVLA site would not work. Highly recommended.

Picked up my xc70 today from msp. Best customer service ever offered to pick me up at no extra cost from my home. The car was washed and cleaned inside and out and looked like it just come out of a showroom. Anyone wanting a car from Immy or his brother you will not be disappointed they go the extra mile to help you and there is no pressure to buy. Thank you for putting a smile on my face 😃😃

2 and a half hour drive to view a car Finance approved price agreed to turn up and they talk a load of rubbish about my car They have no idea how a diesel engine should sound Talked to me like rubbish Totally wasted my sunday 5 hour drive for nothing Would def advise against using them Calling some1 foreign is racist ? I thought it is stating a fact As for swearing and being abusive I don't think I was I was annoyed you wasted 5 hours of my time And you could have done your research before I got there would have been better Engine has been rattling as you put it for 2 years and been seen by 4 mechanics of which all have said its fine But with your 40 years as a car salesman you know better than 4 fully qualified mot testers and mechanics OK like I said when I left your loss
