Booked appointment and was advised over phone i dont need a patch test as i have had my colour done before from here. Taken time off work only to go to salon to be told i needed a patch test as its been more than 12 months which is fine its a legality. Problem is i was advised i didn't need to. Apparently they have been trying to contact me i did ring just the day before to ask why and again was advised just to confirm if i am attending my appointment no mention of patch test what so ever. Treated as if i was the liar and there staff wouldn't say that. Absolute shambles. Always used Murray and Murray for years but will not return again.

My mrs has been coming to this salon since they were in town the lady is very nice and approachable but they guy if hes the owner hes lost out on a family who have 6 customers coming to him on a Regular basis only because hes a liar and rude mate i am sure if i had seen you that morning you wouldn't have spoken rudely to me and blaming his staff for his inconvenience oh well AVOID this company better we found out your true colours now than too late 😡 Yea no worries i will be paying your salon a visit

Amazing hair salon, will never go anywhere else. I've had my hair done by Amelia and Ruth and they are both amazing! My hair always turns out better than expected and I love it 🥰 all staff are so lovely and the salon is always immaculate. Definitely recommended 👍🏼

Unfortunately I left with a £90 haircut and dye that I was not happy with at all. The colour is not sectioned correctly does not blend into my hair and there isn’t much of it on one side at all. People couldn’t tell I even had a hair cut or dye until they seen the orange bits in my hair. The colour I wanted was ashy but it’s turned out orange. The cut again no difference even though I wanted more cut off they just don’t listen really. I’m now getting my hair fixed by another hairdresser (who was also shocked at my hair) recommended to me by friends which is a bit disheartening.
