Great lil spit and sawdust 24hr gym. No frills, no fuss, no pretenses. Quite dusty and old gear but better that than all new spangly stuff in a hollow warehouse.

Had my first workout today after joining , nice and quiet no bother no fuss ,only me and 2 other people in there , could do with some instructions on the machines as I wasn't familiar with them and maybe a hip abductor for us girls but overall I enjoyed it 😀

This a good, hardcore 24 hour gym. Membership is one of the cheapest around. Plenty of free weights and machines. Always clean when I was there, members are friendly and helpful. Only downside is a lack of parking.

Well equipped gym but the changing rooms / toilet, shower, basin, dirty, in the winter take extra clothing as the heating hasn't been switched on for over 10 + years. Car park always seems to be locked up, so public transport or walking is best
