Absolutely Terrible Business!! Ordered a Jacket - ‘Lost in the Post’…went through Amazon, got refund. Two months later - ordered again , returned Item - ‘Lost in the Post’ going back to them!! Scam Company - ‘We have not received the Item You Posted’….Really? According to Amazon, YES YOU DID!!! Avoid at all Costs

Purchased jackets via Amazon, only received half my order. My complaints were treated with a computer generated biased view. I would never ever again waste money or even look at this selling site. I read the poor reviews and they speak volumes.

Shocking retailer. Sent the wrong item, insisted on us paying for return postage (on the understanding it would be refunded on return). When they got the goods they then refused to pay the return postage, saying they provide their own postage labels. Even when I sent them a copy of their own label which clearly states "attach your own postage" they refused. The lowest of the low. Buy from literally anyone else. Have to give 1 star, would like to be able to give zero.

Dreadful service. Still await hi viz jacket. Unable to cancel as apparently been dispatched. Now delay on royal mail courier...really? They just seem to want money and then don't deliver.

Did not complete order and won't send good or refund. In more depth I place two separate orders at the same time. They sent one and provided same tracking number for both. They refuse to refund or send good and we're very unpleasant and unhelpful. I would not recommend.
