We used NJ Cook when our previous removal firm couldn't accommodate us and we were so pleased we found them! We really couldn't recommend them enough. They were professional from the outset, spending time to review our house before the move date to make sure everything was covered. I am so glad we choose this removal company, this was the one part of the moving house process that gave us no trouble. The receptionist, Kelly, was helpful and polite, which is very important, a good sign of a caring company. Neil came round and was also helpful and polite and gave us a quote and helped to put our mind at ease. They showed up on time on the day, with some much needed extra boxes and tape. Our things were treated with respect and care. The next day the guys waited patiently for completion (giving much needed moral support!) before swiftly and carefully unloading everything to the right rooms. Some things were even disassembled and reassembled carefully that wouldn't go through the door. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and certainly recommend them to anyone who needed to move. A pleasure from beginning to end and great to find people who take pride and care in what they do. Very reasonable rates for such a professional company too. Thanks guys!

These guys are a credit to the removal industry. Every step of the way they were very open and honest and very patient in the beginning. We missed 2 completion dates but Neil was very understanding all the way through. Word of advice "LISTEN TO WHAT ADVICE THEY GIVE YOU!" - It will make your move as smooth as can be. On actual move day, they cracked on with the job, helping dismantle furniture and packed the vans with expert precision and in great time. Nothing was broken and all handled with care at both ends. I'd recommend NJ Cook to anybody about to move!... don't go for the 'man and a van' trap just because they are cheap (theres a reason for that price) - we thought our quote was very competitive but definitely worth every penny and would use them again any day! Good work guys! and Thanks for making our move a great one :)
