COVID-19 and Ongoing Operations

As a valued customer, we want to continue updating you in relation to COVID-19 and the impact on our operations.

We would like to reassure you that we are doing all we can in the wake of the continued spread of the virus.  We are holding daily updates to ensure we are following UK government guidance and are prioritising the health and welfare of our colleagues and customers.

In light of government guidance, we made the decision to close all our UK sites as of 25 March 2020 until further notice, with the exception of our largest national distribution centre in Coleshill & National. Our online ordering websites are still available for browsing and enquiries, and we are offering a collection service at four of our sites (see below).

Coleshill & National remain open this will enable us to continue fulfilling essential demand which may arise over the coming months, including orders driven by health and safety requirements, and medical or infrastructure related orders. A summary of industries and businesses approved to stay open by the government at this time, and where work can still go ahead, is given below.

Our Customer Service Sales team will be on hand to take any urgent orders, on the above number. We are aware that you may not have an account with Coleshill, however, we will still be able to process orders of an essential nature.

We would also like to notify all our customers that our finance team is still here to help. To enable you to make your payments, please contact us on the email provided above or complete an electronic payment. e.g. BACS, in your usual way.

We shall of course keep you updated when anything changes. Stay safe and look after each other.

Collection service at several locations across the UK

After reviewing the guidelines set, we are now pleased to offer you a collection option at some of our sites across the UK - Coleshill, Enfield, Bristol and Rochdale - for your products in relation to essential works.

We have been working hard to create a service that focuses on providing essential flooring and accessories to enable you to complete critical installation, repair and maintenance work quickly. In order to do this in the safest possible way for our colleagues and customers, we have created some key guidelines:
