1st time - Couple of months ago they told - "we can't take off tires from your rims. You need to cut your tires." what was solved in other garage for 5 min with out any cutting. 2nd time today - I asked for all wheels alignment, they did just front. 3rd time - will not happen ever.

I wish I could give them a 0. I went this morning as I had a flat tyre and they said it would be ready in 3-4 hours. I went home and had a call from them around an hour later. They informed me that they had broken my lock nut to take the wheel off and I would need to take it to another garage with my FLAT tyre to get this fixed and pay for it. Bare in mind I did not brake this in the first place. They said they would put air into it so that it would make it there. When I got there as I had to walk and was in work which is what I said to the guy on the phone he said they put air in it around 30 mins ago so it was again flat. I asked what I should do in which they replied ‘I don’t know’. I know nothing about cars. I’m going to somewhere that is supposed to help you. They were as helpful as a brick wall. I asked if they thought it would even make it to the other garage in which they replied ‘I’m not sure love’. I have never experienced such careless and rude people in my life. So in the end I have had to pay for a new lock nut because your careless employees broke mine. I would never advise going here again. Even if your desperate

Really unhappy with the service provided here, bought 4 brand new tyres and got my tracking done a year ago. Been filling up my tires ever since atleast once a month. Took it to this independent garage in Droylsden this week turns out they didn't clean the rims so the tires weren't seated properly air was leaking out the edges aswell as the valves though they did put new ones in they didn't clean the area so the seal wasn't sealing. Supposed to be tyre experts

Arrived more than an hour before closing to get expert advice on a tyre problem. Staff couldn't help,and seemed more interested in conversation with his mates. Fortunately went to Hyde tyres who solved the problem in 10 mins. Avoid if possible,and save ££££s too....
