You will take your test in your instructor’s car. The Test Centre does not provide cars.
You will need to book 2 hours of your instructor’s time on your test day.
You will not fail your test for crossing your hands when steering. This changed in September 2009.
You do not need to go through each gear in order. Block changing is best practise for eco safe driving.
If you touch the kerb when pulling over on the left/right or when manoeuvring, you will not necessarily fail.

After YEARS of countless lessons and numerous tests, I decided to change my driving instructor to Claire. Best decision I ever made. She was so understanding and caters to your individual needs. She never wasted my time or pressured me, and was so honest. I actually felt like I started learning and it was sticking!
