Kate has helped me achieve so much already, getting me familiar with equipment, correct form and I can already notice the difference in strength and weight! I’m other gyms I have felt uncomfortable and afraid to ask anybody for help on how to use things. I have been doing some PT sessions with Niall which have been amazing, and enjoy each and every one of them. All the other PTs are so friendly and approachable too. Stacey Boden5 StarI was previously a member and rejoined only a year ago due to winning my wow membership I cannot believe how happy I am in the gym I’ve lost weight got fitter and above all my mental health has never been better. The vibe is positive and the gym and classes are great for all ages and fitness levels it’s clean and welcoming.
I wear a my zone belt and it helps the gym community all stay focused and reach goals.
The staff Kate & Charlotte are approachable kind and just lovely and go the extra mile sharing advice and support, infact all the staff are ace…. I love energy fitness Ricky HattonFriday 27th May 2022
