Meg W2 StarNice looking store and friendly staff but why get rid of your plus size section? I was told the closest new look store with one *might* be Stockport.
It’s such a shame because the shop is huge and the online range has some lovely items but no way to browse and try things on in the real world? Average UK dress size is a 16 and for such a big shop in a great location it’s a complete let down and step backwards.Sunday 19th June 2022

Walked to the end of the counter where the staff were chatting to be served to have someone behind me taken care of first and they sent me to the other end of the counter to wait 5 staff on floor not interested in the if there's 2 it's a queue rule. Linda Shaw1 StarCant get in touch with this place at all. It says use messenger I've tried. No response. I've tried chat as it says. No response. This is disgusting I know there are restrictions but why is it saying you can contact them this way when you cant. I've lost trust in this shop. Bought a pair of boots size 4 I'm in size four but they are miles too small. Its disgusting. All the clothes seem smaller shoes included.Tuesday 13th July 2021
