I picked up my Audi A3 from Newarth car sales, welcomed with a friendly and comfortable service. some minor faults crept up after a few miles in the car and the help and assistance to get them fixed was helpful and reassuring with them finding a garage in my local area and paying the bills within the same day.. good as new and a lovely motor 10/10Wednesday 10th November 2021
john Lavery5 StarLike most people, I am always initially skeptical when dealing with car dealers, but no need on this occasion. The guys at Newarth are a great bunch…Paul, Rich and Tim. Just sold my Mercedes to them, without making a purchase of one of their cars. The transaction was simple, communications throughout excellent and no quibbling over anything. Just a really good experience based on trust. They also have a stock of beautifully presented used prestige vehicles, so if your looking for a new car, you should have a word with these guys. Gary Stern5 StarI have nothing but praise for Newarth Car Sales. When I was evaluating the different cars they had, I wasn't rushed into making a decision as to which one was "for me". Rich then took the time to go through all the features of the car I was interested in, for around 45 minutes, showing a great deal of knowledge and enthusiasm for the car. There was no hard sell or pressure to buy even after this. Just decent people - I thoroughly recommend these guys.
