I agreed a project of 50 windows for a building with 7 apartments in it, some windows had been previously done by the previous owner of the building therefore I wanted identical windows to match in with the rest. They assured me they would match them in. They have not! Far from it! I conceded that this was going to be the case. I had also explained to them as the building was mostly tenanted i would need to arrange with the some of the tenants they was happy to take on the job. They did 3 apartments (a total of 23 windows) i paid them for this. 4 weeks later I called them to ask them to do the next 2-3 apartments they have failed to respond.
I am now considering taking legal action especially if I can't get a company that can match in with the windows they have done thus it would cause a mismatch on the whole of the building even more so.Thursday 9th September 2021
