Been here for over a year, worked other trusts but this is by far most rewarding job working up and close with clients with various physical and mental health needs. Supportive and collaborative management that work around personal life. Allow to choose area of work and have regular clients so you can build therapeutic relationships. Various training opportunities and enhance knowledge in medicine management. Hard work and competence is regularly acknowledged and rewarded via employee of the month award. Carers supportive of each other and assist in settling in when new to the company. Clients are very polite.

I have worked at Nobilis for nearly two years and love my job. The staff are really nice and help you if needed. The office staff are really helpful and understanding. I work round my availability and can pick up more shifts to help out when needed. The manager has been very supportive. Love working here.

The office staff are great and my manager Michelle is always really supportive and always helps when I need it! There are various training opportunities and everyone is really helpful. I've worked for nobilis for over 2 years absolutely love my jobs and all the girls that work there . My manager (michelle in Oldham branch) is brilliant, very supportive, helps us wherever we need it and is a very caring person and manager. She'd do absolutely anything for all her staff and the people we care for. I've learnt so much from not only michelle but all the girls even done many courses, we are like a massive family. I would recommend nobilis to anyone in fact a few of my friends came on board also and love it. Like any job you only get out of it what you put into it and I get so much job satisfaction as I put my all into it. Very surprised at some of these comments as to be honest as a current worker there the manager and office girls are amazing.

I have worked for nobilis for just over 3 years now and love my job I have my set run with regular clients. nobilis is one of the best care companies I have ever worked for, all so Michelle my manger is very helpful and supportive with me when ever I have needed it so I give 5 stars to nobilis and would like to say thank you for all yous have done for me x
