Tracy Rushmore1 StarAwful! Such a shame as we loved our first order but this was a complete let down. First phone call: couldn't hear the person. 2nd call: got our order through. No timings, just price. 1.20mins later 3rd call: instant answer, they are 2, 3, 4 minutes away. 1.30mins later 4th call: he is there, no he wasn't, but he arrived on the call. He delivered cold food, in a bag that looked like it had been thrown around his car... food hanging out of the bottom. Told the person that I was onbthe phone to, she said ' Oh, bad line, I'll call you back ' Guess what? No call back. Absolutely awful, will not be ordering again.Friday 10th September 2021
