Highly recommend! North West Roofers were polite, courteous, tidy and professional from start to finish. After a leak in our chimney we contacted Shaun for help. He came out quickly and used the drone to fully inspect the chimney. After reviewing this footage it was apparent the chimney needed a lot of repairing. We instructed Shaun to replace the lead work, re-point and cap it and replace any broken tiles. Shaun offered a fair price and the work was completed in two days. We were very happy with the results as Shaun showed us the before, during and after pictures throughout the repair, which clearly showed us the work had needed doing for some time! They even repaired a broken gutter that was discovered up there too. Shaun fully explained the repair, materials used and advised thoroughly throughout, which is rare to find nowadays and really gives the customer peace of mind. All the work was guaranteed and we can’t recommend North West Roofers enough! We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

I contacted Shaun and the team to perform some chimney repair works, bay window lead roof replacement and general roof maintenance after moving house recently. They were fantastic throughout, fast, responsive and professional. Shaun and the team kept me well informed as the works progressed via regular catch ups and up to date photos and videos. I must say though that I was most impressed with Shaun’s use of drone technology during the quote phase. This ensured I could see first hand the repair works needed which provided me with peace of mind as to exactly what I was paying for. I would not hesitate in recommending Northwest Roofers to anyone. Shaun and his team did a roof repair on our house a couple of years ago and did a very professional job. They have continued to look after us and carried out repairs of loose tiles from the weather. A really friendly bunch of guys who are very responsive. We couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done.

Shaun and his team were originally instructed to rebuild a chimney and repair our roof, once scaffolding was up it was apparent that 3 chimneys needed restoration and a complete re-roof. This work was completed and we were very happy. After the scaffolding was down , rains came and it was apparent that some of the guttering had detached causing leakage. We contacted Shaun , who quickly came to assess. The team arranged scaffolding and rectified the problem. We were very happy with our service from North West Roofers. Things go wrong in every walk of life, it's no one's fault it just happens. How a company deals with the issue is another matter...NW Roofers exceeded our expectations, whole heartedly recommend them .
