I would steer clear of this estate agency. They appear to have some underhand tactics pretending they are unable to access a vendor to allow viewing by potential purchasers. I made multiple attempts to arrange a viewing of a property and I could not understand initially why it was difficult to arrange a viewing to be told the vendor had accepted an offer. This was quite odd when presumably no viewing had been arranged. I can only assume they had some preferred purchasers lined up in the back ground. That is fine but If that was the case decency demands they should have been transparent about it from the outset and not mislead or waste the time of potential purchasers.

Absolutely amazing service from Sophie, I was doing a few viewings with Purplebricks beforehand but once I had my first viewing with Sophie, she completely outperformed Purplebricks. Was also able to put me in contact with a very good broker and solicitor to make my first move a smooth 3 month process. Can't wait to return in a few years!

Mandy, Sophie and the team at Northern Etchells were a fantastic help to me in selling my apartment. I had difficulties with the first buyer falling through and straight away Mandy and the team were on looking for someone else. Mandy gave me sound advice throughout and when I was choosing which Estate agents to use, it was Mandy’s visit that secured it. She was knowledgeable and there was no hard sell. The office team were fantastic too and after a stressful few months of keeping my buyer on side, I was able to move.
