Alice was fantastic. I went in to find some work shoes and they answered all my questions perfectly. Gave me so much advice and gave me the best customer service I have received in a long time. Really amazing service. I hope they are told about how incredible their service was. Will definitely return because of them. :)

Don’t bother shopping at this office! The staff are very poor, lie about a lot of the stuff and don’t seem to know what they are doing. I bought a pair of shoes 10 days ago and on purchase as always asked the returns policy. The girl told me 30 days. Then when returning the person I spoke to was immediately arsy with me, she said she wasn’t being (I apologised and said sorry I can only ready your eyes because of your mask and from the offset you were rudely frowning) she then tells me that I can’t have a refund I have to have a gift card because it’s a sale item, I said that’s not right I want a refund please. 1. I was never told it was a sale item on purchasing. It doesn’t even say this on the receipt. 2. The person who served me told me I could return within 30 days. She said all her staff know what they are doing. Then she says I have 28 days to return an item and points me to the sign that says 30 days. And I said you mean 30 days and she says 28 days?!! And goes oh yes 30 days…. I thought all your staff know what they are doing? She also tells me she refuses to serve anyone who says I want. Can’t believe I’ve come all the way to Trafford to return a pair of shoes and she’s just been so arsy with me.
