Just amazing! Don’t think twice about booking these guys! A perfect service from start to finish, they really care about doing a good job. They did an AMAZING job on our sofa which is well used by 4 kids and 2 dogs. They also cleaned 2 rugs and our stair carpet. All done in super quick time, I will definitely be using them again.

John and Tris did an amazing job cleaning our sofa. The price was very reasonable especially for the great service we received. They booked us in very quickly and even let us know when an earlier slot become available! They’ve completely transformed the sofa, it looks & smells incredible! Loved receiving the video of the water after they’ve cleaned it. Would highly recommend to anyone and I’m almost looking forward to our carpets needing to be cleaned!

Had a minor emergency with a large paint spillage on a carpet. The team at Olympus were great. I sent a text and within five minutes John was in touch asking about the issue, what I had done so far and reassuring me. I needed it sorting that day and he managed to fit me in. A very reasonable price for emergency clean! Met me at the property at the time he said. Talked me through what he would do and explained how it would work and potential outcomes. He then sent pictures and videos updating me on his progress and the final outcome. I returned to the property later and was delighted with the result. Absolute life savers. Thanks so much. Contacted Olympus carpet cleaning who were very professional and prompt in responding. Needed carpets, rug and a sofa cleaning post building work that had been carried out in my property so the furniture was really in a state but they have come up like new. Was really impressed ! Definatley worth getting a professional company out and paying that bit more. Prices were still very reasonable. communication first class. Will use them in the future. Thanks John!
