Denise, what can I say? She always manages to work her magic when I go in and say 'I'm not sure what I want, maybe shave it off?' 😂 The girls in here are lovely, it's a nice atmosphere in here. The prices are amazing! Thanks for putting up with me 😂

Due to lack of a satisfactory response I have no other option to publicly share my experience. After asking the sytlist a picture of my hair I came out with nothing similar to the picture, instead I came out with orange and yellow patches of colour and an uneven cut. I then emailed my experience in the hope I would a satisfactory and understanding reply due to the stress and anxiety it has caused, instead I have been told I didn't tell them in time and the email was wrong. I have had nothing but negative responses from the emails, the end message replies with 'ok'. I have now had to pay another salon whilst on holiday to rectify not only an uneven cut but a horrendous attempt of what I asked for. Very unsatisfied and upset the salon wouldn't supply a refund, and instead would only offer a cut and blow dry, to which I would refuse due to the experience.
