Hired a handheld concrete grinder. If you hire one ensure you hire a vacuum. It creates a lot of dust.

Had to take broken equipment back only to be provided with the same on more than one occasion, frustrating as I had to travel from Liverpool to get that job done the same day causing delays an me arriving home late
