C Lloyd1 StarI rarely write reviews but after having to live with one of the worst haircuts and colours I've ever had for two months, I can't not say something. I paid for a permanent root tint which washed out within a week. I told Max repeatedly you can't put layers in my hair as its so fine but he went full Edward Scissorhands on my hair; the layering was so bad I had to have 3 inches cut off by another hairdresser (and pay again). My hair has never been so short, I still have layers and every day I can't style my hair. Its been a nightmare. I went in and spoke to the manager a week after this disaster but she didn't want to know and Max has never even had the curtesy to ring for a chat.Tuesday 8th March 2022
