We work with a range of food businesses to stop good food from being wasted, and also purchase ingredients, working only with local, sustainable, and ethical suppliers. Our chefs use this ever-changing mix to produce nutritious, seasonal menus that offer the lowest carbon catering possible, while maintaining great quality.

Open Kitchen MCR provided the food for our wedding reception buffet & they were just amazing. Really lovely people & the food was outstanding. They visited the venue beforehand & really worked hard to make everything run smoothly on the day. We requested a vegan & vegetarian buffet & they did such a delicious & varied spread for us-very much enjoyed by all!

What a brilliant service, they were so easy to deal with. OKM didn't have things on the menu that we wanted specifically and when asked if they could do this, it was no trouble. Fran helped set up and they shared all instructions on reheating things if we wanted. Highly recommend the falafel, bao buns and brownies. Thank you - will use again 100%

I used Open Kitchen MCR Catering for meetings/events at my place of work. Initially we chose them for the great concept of a not-for profit organisation making sure good food doesn’t go to waste. The food was delivered on time and was exceptional! Much better than large catering companies that charge even more for less quality produce. All my colleagues were so pleased and we will definitely be using Open Kitchen MCR for all our future catering needs, not only for the fantastic sustainable concept, but for how great the food and service provided was. A big thanks to Open Kitchen Mcr for doing a great job catering my birthday party at Lock 91. So many of my friends commented how much they enjoyed the food and how friendly the service was from Matt and the team.
