We are situated in Openshaw, Manchester. Openshaw Optical is a family run opticians, established over 15 years ago. We are well known and trusted within the community with a small but dedicated team with over 30 years of optical experience combined. We offer express service and we are here to ensure your visit is as comfortable and reliable as a new pair of glasses. Our company owner and co-director. She's the driving force behind all of the great things that happen here in practice. She has over 20 years industry experience. She graduated as a Dispensing Optician in 2010 and is one of our qualified Optometrists in practice.

We had a fantastic experience at Openshaw Optical. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. They have a wide range of glasses and frames from budget to designer and all the latest modern technology to assess your eyes and vision. They are kind and caring and take pride in their work. Unlike some opticians I have visited in the past, they seem to genuinely care. I would highly recommend this Optician.

Booked an appointment via email which was perfect. Instore was extremely welcoming, efficient and no waiting around. Service was 100%. Polite, friendly, chatty and optician was fabulous, extremely knowledgeable and explained every detail and understood my concerns. Had great honest advice when choosing my glasses 👓 and felt very comfortable and happy with my purchase. Openshaw residents. There is no need to look else where for an opticians, when we have such great service from a family run, local small business.

Well what can I say …… I was absolutely delighted with the service I received at Openshaw Optical. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel so welcome, the staff are warm & friendly nothing is too much trouble. Lots of lovely frames to choose from too. I decided to have the OCT eye examination which I would highly recommend. Cheryl was so thorough, explained everything in detail which was very reassuring. Thanks so much to you all. 😊
