I went to them by seeing their good reviews but I have now realised they are all fake. Stefan Woutersen1 StarI used optimal solicitors as conveyancers for a property purchase. Not only were they incapable of putting the correct address on forms at each and every step of the process but they seemed completely unconcerned about the endless careless mistakes made. My case was shunted from person to person within the company as it seems they have a revolving door of incompetent employees that don't care at all about the quality of their work. Every issue I spotted required 5-6 calls and emails to get a remotely satisfactory response.
The reviews are misleading. It is clear that many of them have been posted by their own employees.
