So much better than other Chinese takeaways I’ve tried. Hot and sour soup is really tasty and seriously hot. Great quality ribs, Peking duck excellent. Quick delivery too. Recommended.

I asked Oriental this on another site : I would like to know why sometimes you won't answer the phone. It just rings and rings. This goes on for hours. Some food delivery places will let you order (I haven't actually gone as far as ordering) while others are saying you aren't taking orders at the moment. This isn't just a one off. It happens regularly at the moment. I have been a customer for several years. I find you very unreliable. My partner rang once and was told to call back after 30 minutes. He did and was told to call back in another 30 minutes. He did this and was told to call back in 15 minutes which he did and no one answered the phone again. I don't think this is a good way to treat your customers.”

Awesome food and service was really good. The crispy duck is the best ive tasted from any takeaway. Definitely a massive improvement since the mew management took over.

I have ordered from here many times, not the cheapest but fantastic food. However the last order? Half cooked cold chips, tiny ribs, hardly any meat on them. And there were so few. Think this has put me off. Not sure if I will use them again. Hope they see this and sort it

Terrible operation. I ordered food and paid online for the food to be delivered. I wasn't sent a confirmation email and had to wait over 30 mins to find out whether they were going to even complete the order. Do not order from these people. The food was ok. There are many better places. 1st and last time.
