Caroline Ainsworth5 StarOrnate provides amazing care for my 88 year old dad who has dementia. They provide 4 carers every day and have done so for nearly 12 months now. Their carers are always kind and ell trained. The app is brilliant and we have no worries about the care my dad is receiving from Ornate. In these uncertain times they have never let us down. All the carers are cheerful and polite. I cannot recommend Ornate a family company that have family values at the heart of their care.Thursday 24th February 2022

Julie Taylor5 StarMartin and his staff are fabulous. Dad has 4 visits a day and they are all brilliant with him. I generally leave everything to hand so they can tend to him and still have chance to have a little chat with him. They look after all his personal hygiene needs and make sure he’s always comfortable and got everything he needs. They’re all so friendly, kind and sociable and dad looks forward to their visits. They must be so busy but they never rush when attending to dad and always put his needs first. The manager has even attended to dad on a few occasions when a member of staff was delayed. The app on the phone is great too as you can see when they’ve checked in and out. There’s both male and female carers, dad has a mixture of both and it’s generally the same ones. I would definitely recommend this company. Well done to the amazing staff!Monday 1st November 2021
Eloise Goodwin1 StarHad a carer enter my fathers home without a key and forced entry!!!!!! She lied on 2 occasions to colleagues whilst there were 3 family members present!!!!!! Trying to post her update from the website but will not allow me to do so !!!!!! All other carers are great but this one has lied and updated info that’s incorrect and has never used key code !!!!!! I barred her from ever coming back !!!!!Tuesday 7th June 2022
Jenny Farnworth5 StarI cannot thank ornate care enough they saw to my uncles every need & was so caring & professional. Keeping me up to date daily. Even texted me when they didn’t need to. Also having the app so you can keep an eye on every visit gave me piece of mind knowing how he was from visit to visit,, extremely helpful for family as well as there clients. I’d definitely recommend them. 100%
