I am a fully qualified osteopath at Osteoandspinal. Since graduating from UCO with a master in osteopathy, I’ve been dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life. Among many reasons why I am so passionate about offering osteopathic care is changing people’s lives which is extremely rewarding.
As a healthcare professional, I am incredibly lucky to have the luxury to time hearing patients’ narrative and taking a great satisfaction from being a positive influence in their lives.
My aim is to provide the best care experience by taking each individual needs into account in developing a tailored care plan to discover a healthier version of themselves
In my spare time, I equally love to create different style by putting an outfit together, reading self-help books, journaling, and discovering the nature with my family.

Mahsa takes a holistic approach and has offered advice on lifestyle changes and tips to encourage correct posture to complement her treatment. She explains everything very clearly and checks that I am comfortable with any of the procedures before and during treatment. Emma Grier Actor5 StarI came to see Mahsa at Osteo and Spinal with regular pain in my lower and mid back as well a big change in my posture. This was restricting my movement and affecting my daily activities. I am halfway through my treatment and can already see a huge difference. I no longer have regular pain and have a much increased range of movement. My posture is greatly improved.

Katie Graham5 StarI went to Mahsa with lower back pain since having my baby. I had reduced movement and was in constant pain to the point it was stopping me from doing day-to-day activities including playing with my baby. On the first session, she asked questions, asked me to do some movements, rate my pain and took posture pictures. I have now been several weeks and the constant pain I was in is no longer there and we are still working on improving it further and long term strategies to ensure it doesn't come back. I would highly recommend Mahsa. She is extremely positive and kind and makes all appointments really comfortable - I even had to take my baby a few times, which she was happy with and made him comfortable too.Tuesday 11th July 2023

I stumbled in her office in pain and unable to straighten up. I’m not 100% there yet as it’s only been a few weeks but I now have a spring in my step which I haven’t had for years.
Mahsa take time to listen and explains everything clearly. I have a few more session with her and look forward to my appointments.
