I went in to purchase some cd's next thing i know a volunteer walks up beside me and gave me a dirty look, very strage experiance and this behaviour is terrible custemer service. As a Charity shop manager myself i would be looking at re-training or letting go off staff if this is how they act in front of the public...

This charity shop has everything from water bottles to dvds it always has good stock and good prices the staff are friendly and helpful. This is a great charity shop especially for cards, books, DVD's and CDs.
