I have been trying to get in touch with this company with a quick question for over a week - the phone is constantly engaged, and the one time it wasn’t, it rang off without even a voicemail service. I also emailed through their website and have not received a reply or acknowledgment of my query. Avoid.Thursday 1st April 2021
Paweł Matuszczak1 StarOne star because can not give less. Order lost at the distance of 38 miles. Seller didn't bother about answering calls. Customer service pretty much does not exist. Very unhelpful via emails as well. After 2 weeks just gave up and claimed money back. Definitely not recommendedTuesday 14th December 2021

Shahad Saeed1 StarOrdered a bike for my son's Christmas present and it arrived damaged (one of the front forks was bent). Had it professionally checked to make sure and they confirmed the damage (they suspected an adult may have sat on the bike and caused the fork to bend).
Contacted Parkers through their website and no response received. Tried to call multiple times and no answer with no option to leave a voicemail.
Very disappointed with my purchase and the lack of communication. Would not recommend.Tuesday 7th December 2021
