Do not get sucked into the positive reviews. If you pay in full you are then at risk of loosing your money if the instructor doesn't fulfill the lessons. This happened to us, bought 30 hours had one test in own car as instructor wouldn't take take her. (failed). Only 15 hours were used but pass me fast paid the instructor in full so said i need to contact them for a refund. No response from instructor so reminded this company that my contract was with them as the money went from my bank direct to pass me fast. They acknowledged 15 hours are outstanding but no availability. An instructor can easily report all hours were taken even if not and there is no recourse no protection as a pass me fast customer. The hassle is not worth it and i am out around £600. Better off paying week by week when lessons are taken the conventional way, no risk. As consumer rights state that is still the companies responsibility even if they use and pay a 3rd party i am taking this to small claims... don't risk it. You may end up one that gets a positive experience but if you don't you will regret it!! Pass me fast do not want to help at all. What they should do is refund my money and recoup losses back from instructor. Don't risk it and it is a risk.

I was allocated a instructor i already paid for my tests an the lessons 40 hour at a sum of £1530 i have request a refund because the instructor they give me was unreliable canceled 5 lessons out of 9 when i first asked for a refund they said they would need to contact the instructor to determine how many hours i have had but they have paid him in full which is against their own policy..... my practical test date has come and gone i have been waiting over a month for my refund but keep getting brushed off to chase my instructor for my money how ever all i was given was his number and first name but not his company name i have tried to contact him many times and i have not had a response.....only option i have now is to go to take legal action against them i have lost £1530 because of this company if it gets resolved i will update ......STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Don't waste your money. You'll spend more time chasing them up for dates and lessons. Taken 6 months 7 months for a test date then 4 days before my test get less hours than paid for. Dont expect to get hold of them easily either, usually takes a good hour to get through to speak to anyone. Quick to take your money though. Find a good instructor and do it all through them.

Booked a course in late September after having my theory certificate expire the month before. Got my theory passed in October and my practical passed just a couple of days ago. Very straight forward process. Would like to give thanks to approved driving instructor Bob Joyner for his flawless attitude and work ethic. 30+ years experience in teaching and it shows.

(Only put the 1 star because I had to) This company is a JOKE! They will happily take your money and promise you a “fast pass experience”. They gave me an instructor who failed to tell after months of lessons, that he wouldn’t be available for my December test (which we knew about since June), I then had to source another company and instructor, pay out my own pocket on the understanding I would get my money back from Pass Me Fast. Fast forward 3 months, they still haven’t given me my money back. Not returning my emails, even when they said i would get a reply from the finance team within the next 24 hours (5 times). When I call them, I am left on hold for 45 minutes each time. 36 minutes of that time I am “the next caller waiting” to then be cut off every time.
