I have only praise and admiration for this company and I would rate them highly for standards , professionalism , quality of care, respect and punctuality. I have worked in health and social care for 34 years and I have a wealth of experience of commissioning care packages and monitoring the quality of care provided . Therefore, I am able to provide a review based on my professional knowledge and my personal experience of 4 weeks of 4 care visits a day plus 2 night sits by Paula and her staff. My mother was cared for by Paula and her wonderful staff before she died in June 2021. Mum called Paula and her staff ‘ my angels” and that’s exactly what they were . Every member of staff , without exception, gave their best and were professional , caring , respectful , considerate and their care of my mum was exceptional. Staff were punctual and it was comforting to know that we would always have a visit at the time they agreed to attend . Mum felt safe and so did we ! Erica provided much needed night-sits giving me a chance to get some sleep knowing that mum would be well cared for . When mum was at the end of her life and could no longer move without help , the care provided was outstanding .Paula even attended mums funeral bringing flowers and went over and above to support us as a family . I can highly recommend this service and anyone needing support can rely on Paula and her staff to deliver on every occasion . Well done Paula and your wonderful staff !

We received wonderful, caring and respectful care for my grandad in maghull. We cannot speak highly enough of every single carer who tended to him. Whole heartedly we as a family would like to thank you for the kindness and care you showed throughout his final months.

We had never needed any home care before and did not know what to expect but Pauline and Erica from Paula Integrated came to us for about 4 weeks to help my wife get washed and dressed every morning and we must say we delighted with their service. They arrived on time every day even though they had to travel from Manchester to Merseyside. They were always friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very professional in what they did but most of all they had a cheerful manner which immediately put my wife Judith at ease from day one. They always asked how we were and how we were coping and showed a genuine interest in our responses. Unfortunately, my wife's cancer took a sudden turn for the worse and she had to be sent to hospital where, sadly, she passed away 4 days later. However, Pauline and Erica later came round to see me and my daughter on several occasions, not only to offer their condolences, sympathy and a lovely bouquet of flowers but also asked if we needed any assistance and they said we could contact them at any time. They came in their own unpaid time and I think this is a true example of how caring they are. Both my daughter and I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company. District nurses put in a safeguarding referral due to the poor care they provided for my nan. Staff were rude and cold, didnt tell anyone their names, one went to wash my nan with scaulding hot kettle water and we had to stop them. They wernt using the slide sheets which caused more issues with sores. One of the staff confronted my 85 year old grandad on his own and someone turned up unannounced asking him to tell social services that we were happy and want them back (to cover their tracks). My grandad said to her do not be dragging me into your mess. I was disgusted when i found out. Intimidating vunerable adults isnt a good look atall. My poor nan was worried that they were going to come for her afterwards which shows how intimidated she was. It upsets me to think that these people provided such a poor level of care in the final months of her life when she deserved so much more. It is a privilage to care for a patient at end of life. Dont abuse it. Also check companys house as the employees dont add up which makes me question if the people employed are even trained. avoid this 'care' company at all costs. It worries me that these specialise in vunerable adults/learning difficulties who may not have as much of a voice as we did. Shocking
