Rang them late on Friday and explained a problem with my sons pc, which would not boot up properly, rather than telling me to take the pc in the chap I spoke to talked me through a fix on the phone to try first before spending any money, which worked,
Fantastic advice and no charge!!!
I will be calling them on Monday to thank them
If only more companies had this attitude towards helping customers!!!
