Absolutely fantastic service from a UK business. PC upgrade went over and above to help me find the right product, even a offering a chat with one of their PC building specialists. Buying from a UK company like PCupgrade meant that I could call and sort any issues out rather than a faceless conglomerate like Amazon or ebuyer where you have huge issues in drop shipping and third party suppliers that will do anything they can to fob you off. PCupgrade have been absolutely fantastic. I was asked what I wanted my rig for so that the best components could be sourced for my specific needs. I was steered in the right direction so that I didn’t overspend needlessly and the customer service is the best I have ever come across in any type of retail.
