As a completely new cyclist wanting to get into the sport, I didn't have any idea where to start. Rich was fantastic in giving me advice on what bike suited me, advising on where I could get the bike from at good value, and then assisting with adjusting the bike to fit my needs, whilst teaching me anything I should know through the process. I couldn't be happier with the process and highly recommend Rich/Pedal Precision to anyone looking to get into cycling or improve on their current set up.

My experience was great and helpful at mostly anytime. It was a relaxed session with Richard and easy going. There was great results from the fitting, as prior i had extreme knee pains. It has been a few months since the fit and there is some areas to improve but i believe Richard to be a man that will be wanting to help resolve. He also helps with post session information and exercises if you ask which is brill.

I found Richard to be extremely thorough, knowledgeable and a very nice guy. He is an expert on the body in motion and has a very kindly, gentle manner. I heard about him via word of mouth (I live an hour away) and also researched forums etc before booking. Based on other peoples' reviews I had pretty high expectations going in, but these were surpassed. Highly recommended.

In a word, excellent. Richard clearly knows his stuff and his fitting service is far better than any measurement-based fitting I've experienced before. I've always been told my saddle was too high, but it was set at the height I'd been give from measurements taken in a shop ages ago. As it turned out it was only slightly too high and with further small adjustments Richard eliminated a dead spot at BDC. The result is a much smoother pedal stroke and more power when seated. Measurements are one thing, and a great start, but this is a level above and I can't fault Richard's professionalism.

Rich is brilliant, there's no fit by numbers, you go over history, niggles, flexibility, etc. and then the fit is tailored for you. Excellent service, I recommend a PP fit to anyone who is uncomfortable, can't get the power down or just generally not happy riding. Good luck with the RAAM too!
