It has everything, newspapers, magazines, cards, books, stuff for birthday parties, balloons. Very friendly staff. This is the kind of local business which deserves support. Always friendly and accommodating, great personal service. I’ve arranged balloons for parties at local restaurants and they’ve been fantastic at a reasonable price too. David Roberts5 StarI went to Percival's to get a balloon for my son and the owner didn't have the right colour of blue. 2 hours later he knocked on our door with the balloons and ribbon in the perfect colour.
